道德内化与高职教育的秩序重构

摘　　要：当前,高职教育蓬勃发展,原有的稳定的高职教育模式已被打破,不断的教育改革使现时的高职教育处在远离平衡的状态中,新的更高一级的高职教育秩序重构势在必行。普利高津的耗散结构理论认为,一个远离平衡态的复杂的开放系统在外界能量流或物质流的维持下,可以形成一种新的称作耗散结构的自组织序。奇异吸引子将决定新序的方向。把社会的道德要求转化为个体的道德品质和道德行为的道德内化应成为高职教育新秩序构建的奇异吸引子。The higher vocational education has developed energetically. Opportunities and challenges coexist. The old patterns of stable higher vocational education have been broken. The state far from equilibrium of present higher vocational education is attributable to the teaching reform constantly. The new reconstruction of order of higher vocational education is imperative. I. Prigoging＇s dissipative structures theory consider that an open system far from equilibrium state could generate a new self - organization order called the dissipative structures under the influence of material flow and energy flow. A new direction of order will be determined by strange attractor. Moral internalization should be the strange attractor of the reconstruction of new order of higher vocational.
