摘 要:采用固相微萃取制样,荧光检测器高效液相色谱法测定了蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯农药残留。确定了影响固相微萃取效果的萃取头涂层、萃取条件、洗脱条件和蔬菜样品分析处理方法。结果表明,蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类农药的检出限在0.4×1^0-9~40×10^-9g/g范围内,线性范围为0.05~1 mg/L,回收率74.4%~108.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)4.26%~13.97%。Samples were treated via solid-phase micro-extraction(SPME) and analyzed by HPLC equipped with a fluorescence detector to detect carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables.The effects of fiber coatings on the extracting efficiency,factors influencing the extraction process and treatment for the vegetables were investigated.LOD of the method for different pesticides ranged from 0.4×10^-9 to 40×10^-9 g/g.Linear range was from 0.05 to 1 mg/L.The recovery rate was from 74.4% to 108.4%.RSD was from 4.26% to 13.97%.
