摘 要:运用文献资料法、行动研究法等研究方法,对绍兴文理学院公共体育教学模式进行了研究和实践.结果表明分层教学模式与三阶段教学模式体现了"以人为本"、因材施教的教学理念,能够满足不同运动技能水平群体的需要.对提高学生的学习兴趣、培养自信心和自我锻炼的能力具有积极的促进作用.The literature approach and action approach have been adopted to analyze and probe into the mode of College PE Classes of Shaoxing University. The results show that such individualized approaches as the approach of graded PE teaching and the "3 - stage" teaching mode of college PE better serve the purposes of PE tertiary education in China. The new approaches play a positive role in meeting the needs of a wide range of students at different levels by making them more interested in their studies, more self- confident, and more capable in self- initiated physical exercise.
