摘　　要：工作分析是人力资源开发的基石。在职业教育领域,如何运用工作分析这一技术,关系到职业教育课程开发质量、专业设置与培养目标。文章以工作分析价值入手,主要探讨职业教育课程开发中工作分析的应用流程,旨在为课程开发中的工作分析活动提供借鉴。Job analysis is the cornerstone of human resources development. Similarly, how to use this technology that related to the development and quality of vocational curriculum, establishment of the specialized subjects and training objectives in the field of vocational education. This paper starts with the value of job analysis, focusing on the application process of job analysis in the development of vocational curriculum, aims to provide some uses for reference in job analysis activities during the development of vocational curriculum.
