摘  要:高校教师聘任制改革是高校体制改革的重要组成部分。其改革和发展的取向直接关乎高校的前途和命运。因此,在构建高校教师聘任制的过程中,必须统筹全局,运筹帷幄。文章以关于高校教师聘任制的研究文献为基础,从高校教师聘任制的现状、问题、改革等角度做了简要的梳理,以期在充分了解聘任制现状的基础上,明晰制约发展的因素。The reform of the appointment of the university teachers system is an important component of university system reform. Its reform and development-oriented institutions of higher learning directly related to the future and destiny. Therefore, in building the process of appointment of college teachers, we must co-ordinate the overall situation, make plans. Based on the appointment of university teachers the research literature on the basis of appointment of college teaehers of the status quo, the issue of reform in terms of carding a brief, with a view to fully understand the status quo appointment on the basis of the clarity of the factors constraining development.
