摘　　要：应用系统功能语言学中关于语气的理论,对小说《白象似的群山》进行人际意义的分析,深层揭示了小说男女主人公对待彼此的态度,并由此推断了他们之间的人际关系,从而更深刻地理解了作者的创作主题。验证了从系统功能语言学角度解读文学作品的可行性和可操作性。By applying the theory of mood in systemic-functional grammar,this paper analyzes the interpersonal meaning in ＂Hills like White Elephants＂. Through the analysis,the attitude that the man and the woman adopt towards each other is perceived and the relationship between the man and girl is revealed,thus the feasibility of interpreting literary works from the perspective of systemic-functional grammar is proved.
