摘 要:以阿月浑子叶片为试材,运用正交试验方法研究提取液成分、提取液质量分数、浸提时间、浸提次数、料液比因素对阿月浑子总酚提取率的影响。结果表明:提取次数对多酚提取量的影响最大,其次为料液比,提取液成分对总酚提取量的影响最小;阿月浑子总酚提取的最优条件为:用40%的丙酮水溶液,1∶75的料液比,提取3次,每次60 min。Using the dry leaves of Pistacia vera L. as the materials, the orthogonal test was used to analyze the effects of five factors including solvent composition, concentration, extraction time, extraction number of times on the ratio of stuff to solvent on the extracting rate of the polyphenol. The results showed that the extraction number of times was the first factor to the polyphenol extraction quantity, the next was the ratio of stuff to solvent, and the last was solvent composition. The extraction polyphenol optimum conditions were as following, acetone concentration of 40%, ratio of stuff to solvent of 1 : 75,extraction number of times of 3, and extraction time of 60 minutes.
