摘  要:近年来,日本政府不断调整国策,加强立法,大力支持和发展内容产业,保护和开发内容产业产品。以视频、游戏、音乐等为主体的内容产业、以电视、手机、网络为载体的数字内容产业发展迅速,不仅国内外市场占有额不断扩大,同时带动了日本国内相关联的产业共同发展,文化娱乐市场繁荣。到2005年,日本的内容产业总产值创历史新高。然而2006年起却出现持平甚至走低的波动现象。Japan has implemented supporting policies in recent years to develop her contents industry by protecting and encouraging the R&D of contents products. The contents business represented by video, games and music, as well as the digital contents business embodied in TV, mobile phone, and internet, have achieved rapid development. The development is exhibited not only in the rise of the domestic and international market share, but also in the development of relevant Japanese industries which combinely constitutes a dynamic mar- ket of culture and entertainment. The gross product of the Japanese contents business hit a record high in 2005. Since 2006, however, the industry has witnessed a standstill or even a sharp decrease.
