建设学习型社会与当前成人教育改革的思考

摘　　要：从我国建设学习型社会的基本要求出发,分析了成人教育在建设终身教育和学习型社会的作用,剖析了我国成人教育在适应终身教育和学习型社会的反差,提出了我国成人教育改革的策略与方法。From the perspective of the basic requirements of our country＇s construction of learning-oriented society, an analysis is made of the role of adult education in the construction of lifelong education and learning-oriented society with an anatomy made of the contrast of our country＇s adult education in catering for lifelong education and learning-oriented society. Put forward are the strategies and methods in reforming our country＇s adult education.
