摘  要:目的:调查长沙地区公立医院护士长工作满意度现状,探讨护士长工作满意度的影响因素,为制定提高护士长工作满意度措施提供依据。方法:分层整群抽取长沙地区二级以上公立医院的580名护士长进行调查。调查问卷包括一般资料、工作满意度指数量表,对收集的资料进行统计描述与方差分析。结果:护士长工作满意度各维度得分由高到低依次为工作条件、收入、互动合作、职业地位、自主性和组织政策。护士长工作满意度维度因年龄、第一学历、工龄、从事管理的时间不同差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);最高学历不同的护士长工作满意度差异无统计学意义。结论:长沙地区医院护士长工作满意度处于中等水平,未达到满意状态。年龄,基础学历,工龄,从事管理的时间对护士长工作满意度有影响。Objective: To investigate the situation of work satisfaction of head nurses in Changsha, to identify the factors that influence head nurses’work satisfaction, so as to provide the basis of improving the situation. Methods: Using the method of stratified cluster random sampling, 580 head nurses were recruited in this investigation. The questionnaire included the demographic data, and the scale of index of work satisfaction (IWS). The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and analysis of variance. Results: The scoring of each dimensionality of IWS of head nurses were showed as the highest at work condition, followed by income, collaboration and interaction, vocation status, independence and organization policy. Work satisfaction of head nurses were statistically significant difference in age, the first education degree, working time, manage time (P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in education degree. Conclusion: The work satisfaction degree of head nurses in Changsha was at medium level. The factors such as age, first education degree, working time, the time engaged in the management had an effect on head nurses’ work satisfaction.
