摘 要:目的:探讨社区护理实践教学的最佳模式,培养本科护生的综合能力。方法:将护理本科生162人根据年级分组。对照组按传统方法实施社区护理学实践教学;实验组在实践教学中实施见习、模拟实践、实地实践的三阶段的改革教学法,采用综合评价方法了解试验改革效果。结果:实验组的实践综合评价优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:三阶段的社区护理实践教学模式培养了护生的社区护理理念,提高了学生的综合能力。Objective: To investigate the best pattern of practice teaching for community nursing, foster the comprehensive competence of undergraduate nursing students. Methods: 162 undergraduate nursing students were divided into two groups according to the grade. The traditional method of practice teaching for community nursing was provided to the control group; while probation, simulation practice, practice were provided to the experimental group, which called reformed teaching method. A comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to test the effect. Results: The comprehensive evaluation of the experimental group was better than that of the contrast group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The three stages pattern of practice teaching for community nursing could foster the concept of community nursing and improve the students' comprehensive ability.
