摘  要:目的:探讨电针治疗脊髓损伤的作用机理。方法:以Wistar大鼠为研究对象,将其分为对照组、电针治疗组(简称电针组)、针灸加中药治疗组(简称针药组)及假手术组。采用改良的Allen′s撞击法致大鼠T10脊髓损伤,用CBS联合运动评分判定大鼠脊髓损伤后运动、感觉功能的恢复情况,并应用原位杂交方法观察脊髓损伤后1、3、7、14天GAP-43mRNA和BDNFmRNA的表达变化。结果:针药组和电针组CBS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);14天时针药组明显高于电针组(P<0.05);而3、7、14天时两治疗组GAP-43mRNA和BDNFmRNA的表达呈逐渐增高趋势且明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。14天时针药组表达明显高于电针组,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合中药治疗能促进大鼠脊髓损伤后运动、感觉功能的恢复,并通过对神经生长因子的表达干预促进脊髓神经的再生及修复。Objective :To explore the mechanism of electroacupuncture for treatment for spinal cord injury. Methods: Wistar rats were divided into model control group( C group for short) , sham operation group( S group for short) ,eleetroaeupuncture group( E group for short)and eleetroacupuneture with herbs group( EH group for short). Injury of T10 spinal cord was induced by modified Allen's method. The CBS was measured during the 1st day,3rd day,7th day and 14th day after spinal cord injury. While the expression of GAP - 43mRNA and BDNFmRNA was observed by situ hybrization and image quantitative analysis in the four time pionts. Results :The CBS of E and EH group was significantly higher than that of C group( P 〈 0.05 ) in the 3rd day ,7th day, 14th day, and the CBS of EH group was significandy higher than that of E group( P 〈 0. 05 ) in the 14th day ( P 〈 0.05 ). Meanwhile the expression of GAP - 43mRNA and BDNFmRNA tended to increase after injury which was signifieandy higher than that of C group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). And in the 14th day the expression increased in the EH group with significant difference as compared with the E group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Eleetroaeupuncture treatment with herbs can promote the motor and sensory recovery after spinal cord injury. At the same time Electroacupuncture treatment with herbs can up-regulate the expression of GAP-43mRNA and BDNFmRNA, so as to amend the function restitution of spinal cord, and was beneficial to the regeneration of nerve cell.
