摘　　要：介绍自由滚剃的原理,建立滚剃加工工艺系统模型,运用ADAMS软件对自由滚剃进行仿真分析。通过改变滚梯刀的槽数和前角,得出作用力曲线的变化规律。It introduces a type of free hobbing-shaving principles. The hobbingshaving processing system model is established, and it is ansysed by ADAMS. It comes to force changes in the law of the curve to changing the number of slots and the angle of cutting edge.
