摘　　要：终身学习是社会发展的必然趋势。介绍了终身学习的概念,阐述了图书馆员终身学习的意义所在,提出了馆员终身学习的内容和途径。The lifelong learning is an inevitable tendency of social development. This paper introduces the concept of the lifelong learning, expounds the significance of librarians＇ lifelong learning, and puts forward the contents and ways for librarian＇s lifelong learning.
