离退休老教师326名的口腔健康状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解离退休老教师的口腔健康状况,为老年口腔疾病防治提供依据。方法对326名55岁以上离退休老教师的口腔健康状况进行调查。结果牙齿缺失率为82.52%,人均失牙数为6.60颗;患龋率为67.79%;楔状缺损、牙石、牙龈炎、牙龈萎缩患病率分别为61.04%,88.04%,20.25%,29.75%;口腔保健知识及行为测试正确率低。结论老年人群口腔健康状况不好,应大力普及口腔健康教育。Objective To learn the oral health status of retired teachers, for the elderly provide a basis for prevention and treatment of oral diseases. Methods Investigated 326 cases of more than 55 - year - old retired teacher＇ s oral health status. Results Missing teeth rate was 82.52 %, the mean number of lost teeth of each person was 6.60; the ration of dental caries among them was 67.79 % ; wedge - shaped defects, calculus, gingivitis, gum disease atrophy rates were 61.04 %, 88.04 %, 20.25%, 29.75% ; correct rate of testing on the oral knowledge and behavior was low. Conclusion The oral health status of this population is far from satisfactory, we should strengthen the education of oral health.
