摘　　要：美国是博士后教育最为发达的国家之一,但是美国博士后教育发展过程中也存在着一些问题。美国科学荣誉学会对博士后教育的调查揭示了博士后教育的现状及其存在的问题,其调查结果对美国博士后教育产生了积极的影响。本文试图对该学会的调查加以介绍和分析,以期为我们反思与改善博士后教育提供启示。The United States is one of the most prosperous nations of the postdoctoral training. But it has problems in its development. The Sigma Xi postdoc survey revealed the current situation and the existing problems of the postdoctoral training in the USA. And the results of the survey have positive influence on the postdoctoral training. This article introduces and analyses the Sigma Xi postdoc survey in order to offer enlightenment and reference for reflecting and improving the postdoctoral training in our country.
