加强大学生党建工作提高思想政治教育的实效性

摘　　要：大学生党建与思想政治教育在培养目标和促进大学生全面发展方面是相互作用、紧密结合的,对大学生思想政治教育起着引领作用。面对新挑战和新任务,加强大学生党建工作,能够切实提高思想政治教育的实效性。在实践中,必须坚持加强思想政治教育的创新,使思想政治教育成为大学生的价值教育和信仰教育;加强入党积极分子培养和学生党员教育管理,充分发挥先锋模范作用,培养大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量;加强学生团队组织建设,构建思想政治教育的组织保障,提高大学生思想政治教育的实效。The Party＇s organization building of student Party members and the ideological and political education of college students are interrelated and interacted with each other, both serving the objective of promoting college studens＇ healthy development. It is thought that the actual effect of the ideological and political education can be improved if the Party＇s organization building is effectively strengthened in the new situation. In order to realize the objective four measures should be taken： strengthening the innovation of students＇ ideological and political education, making it into a conventional education; making student Party members and the activists who long to join the Party the backbone of the ideological-and-political-education contingents by means of training and education; constructing the organizational security for the ideological and potical education by forming an excellent student team and organization.
