摘　　要：创新过程的不完善是影响我国企业集群创新优势的发挥的重要因素。文章在清晰把握企业集群形成、成长到成熟生命周期的不同阶段特点的基础上,探讨了技术创新过程模式演变的基本规律,指出由于技术创新机理发生变化,技术创新过程的模式由线性创新、平行创新向网络创新演变,并构建了不同生命周期阶段的技术创新过程模式,以使集群内企业充分利用集群的创新资源,提高集群创新绩效。The innovation process plays an important role in enterprise cluster＇s innovation. On the base of the different characteristics of the enterprise cluster life cycles＇, this paper analyses the basic law of the technological innovation process, and construct the model of technological innovation process vary from the linearity innovation then parallel innovation to network innovation during the process of the enterprise cluster from initial stage, growing stage then to the mature stage.
