摘　　要：构建终身教育体系和学习型社会是现代社会和经济发展的必然要求。成人教育在构建终身教育体系和学习型社会过程中具有不可替代的重要作用,但必须调整发展策略,以适应社会变革和自身发展的需要。It is necessary for the modern economic and social development to form lifelong education system and build a learning society. Adult education plays an irreplaceable role in the process of building a lifelong education and a learning society. However, the development strategies should be adjusted to the social reform and development.
