摘  要:阐述了用明胶和阿拉伯胶为壁材,以复合凝聚法制备还原染料微胶囊的方法和工艺流程,并将此微胶囊运用于印花实验,观察其印花效果和测试各种牢度,得出还原染料微胶囊多微点印花最佳工艺参数为:还原染料微胶囊20—25g/L,还原剂雕白粉150g/L,蒸化温度115~120℃,蒸化时间15-20min。This paper introduces the complex coacervation based preparing method and technological process of the vat dye microcapsule by using the gelatin and Arabic gum as wall materials,and then apply the prepared microcapsule to printing experiment. According to the printing effect observation and the measured fastness parameters,it can be concluded that the optimized technological parameters for the multi-micro-point printing of the vat dye microcapsule are:the concentration of the microcapsule is 20~25 g/L,the concentration of the formaldehyde sodium sulphoxylate is 150 g/L,the aging temperature is 115~120 ℃ and the aging time is 15~20 minutes.
