宁波市外来流动人口子女教育现状探析

摘　　要：随着宁波市经济快速发展，农村劳动力的流动量大大增加，同时也带来了大量的适龄学童。这些外来流动人口子女教育目前面临种种障碍和困难，引发许多社会问题。如何深入贯彻《义务教育法》，赋予外来务工人员子女平等接受义务教育的权利，确保教育公平和社会和谐，将是我们面临的一个崭新课题。As the development of Ningbo, there is a great increase of rural work forces which also bring with numerous schooling students. The schooling of those students whose parents come from rural regions now is facing so many obstacles and difficulties, which also raised a lot of social problems. We will face a new task of how to carry out ＂Compulsory Education Law＂ deeply, entitle every student a right to accept compulsory education equally, and make sure educational equity as well as harmonious society.
