摘　　要：就两年来在营养学的教学进行了小结,教学中应做到:激发学生学习兴趣,采用多种教学方法,教学过程应尽量规范化,重视板书的书写并改革实验课。This paper summarizes briefly the author＇s experiences in teaching Nutrition Science： different teaching methods should be adopted to inspire students＇ interest of study, teaching process should be standardized in the process of the teaching, and attention should be paid to teachers＇ handwriting and the reform of experimental classes.
