摘　　要：本文从全球价值链(GVC)的视角研究发展中国家产业集群的外生风险问题,分别从价值链的治理机制、产品附加值的分布及发展中国家产业集群在GVC中的分工地位等方面构建产业集群的风险分析框架,对GVC分工可能给发展中国家产业集群带来的风险因素及其防范措施进行了探索,以期为发展中国家产业集群的可持续发展提供借鉴。From the point view of Global Value Chain,this article analyses the Exogenous Risks of Industrial Clusters in Developing Countries,it constructs the analysis framework based on GVG governance mechanism,distributian of additional value of product and station at GVC of the manufacturers in Developing Countries,and gives a analysis on the risk resources and the corresponding countermeasures to attempt to offer some useful warning to Developing Countries.
