摘  要:采用甲醇和二甲醚(DME)双燃料实现均质压燃(HCCI)和复合燃烧,研究了这两种燃烧方式的排放特性。结果表明,HCCI有着极低的NOx排放,而复合燃烧在HC排放上占有优势。采用大的DME比例可以降低HC和CO排放,但NOx排放升高。HCCI燃烧的NOx和CO排放与缸内温度有着明显的对应关系;HC排放不仅与缸内温度有关,还与燃烧室几何参数有关。根据不同工况选取适当的甲醇喷射时刻,可以取得复合燃烧输出功和NOx排放间的平衡。HCCI and compound combustion are achieved by adopting methanol and DME dual-fuel, their emission characteristics are investigated experimentally. The results show that HCCI combustion can produce ultra-low NOx emissions, whereas the compound combustion has lower HC emissions. HC and CO emissions are decreased with large DME percentage, but NOx emissions rise. NOx and CO emissions of the HCCI combustion have an obvious corresponding relationship with the in-cylinder temperature. Its HC emissions not only have a relationship with the in-cylinder temperature, but also relate to the geometry parameters of combustion chamber. For the compound combustion the trade-off between output power and NOx emissions can be achieved by adjusting appropriate methanol injection timing according to operating condition.
