人工晶状体植入术后角膜内皮修复的形态计量学研究

摘　　要：为探讨人工晶状体植入术后角膜内皮损伤修复过程并分析其意义，对36例术前至术后2年进行了角膜内皮显微镜观察和计算机分析。术后第1月细胞面积、周长、长径、变异系数显著增大，形状系数减小；术后3－6月形状系数和变异系数恢复正常，密度趋于稳定。作者们认为，无手术并发症时术前结构正常的角膜内皮术后修复较快，为避免功能失代偿的发生，围手术期密切关注角膜内皮，特别是形态定量分析极为重要。To study the repsrative process of coneal endothelial damage following intraocular lens implantation and to analysis its clinical significance .The corneal endothelial cells (CEC) of 36 patients were examined by specular microscopy and the morphology of the CEC were analysised by computer before and 1 month to 2 years after the operation . At 1 month postoperatively, the ECE showed a obviously higher area , perimeter, long axis ,coefficient of variation (CV) and lower figure coefficient (FC),3 6 menth after the operation,the CV and FC recovered to the normal (P > 0.05) and the cell density tend to stability. If no operative complica tions occurrred and the preoperative ECE struoture were normal the ECE would repair more quickly after the surgery,Around the operative peri od,we should pe clase attention to CEC for preventing the founctional discompensation and the quantitatively analysis of the CEC morphology is paramount importent .
