摘　　要：科学发展观是我们党关于发展问题的重大理论创新。这一崭新的理念为我国经济社会发展、文化教育发展乃至人的全面发展等诸多方面提供了坚强的理论依据。科学发展观对指导高校德育工作同样具有重要而深远的意义。高校应以科学发展观为指导,坚持"以人为本"的德育理念,确立全面、协调、可持续发展的德育原则,为培养一代又一代全面发展的优秀人才做出贡献。The writer argues for the moral education conception, the comprehensive and harmoneous principle on basis of the man - based and scientific outlook of the development. The purpose is to realize the moral objectives of sustainable development, and cultivate competent students.
