摘 要:企业文化是企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,文化力是企业和谐发展、持续发展的强大内在驱动力。企业文化的培育离不开企业的内部环境,文章通过分析企业文化与企业内部环境的构成与相互关系,提出了企业内部环境的文化培育机制与途径。Enterprise culture is one of the most important components of enterprise's core competence. The power of culture is the formidable and intrinsic driving force for the enterprise's harmonious and sustainable development. It is impossible that the enterprise cultivates its culture without its internal environment. This paper analyzed the constitution and relation between the enterprise culture and its internal environment, and then proposed the mechanism and ways that enterprises cultivate culture through the internal environment construction.
