摘　　要：通过对中国传统的城市规划专业教育特点和中国城镇建设对符合城市规划专业人才的需求分析研究,提出了地方高校城市规划专业应以培养有地方特色的应用型人才为教学目标,在教学体系的构建上强调以"三种能力"结构的培养为基础,结合城市规划发展的新动向,通过合理安排教学顺序,科学设置课程内容,探索了一系列的教学手段和保障措施。After the research on characteristics of China＇ s traditional higher urban planning education and urban planning personnel＇ s need to the urban construction, this paper suggests that local colleges and universities＇ urban planning should take cultivating the apply type talent having local characteristic as their teaching target. It emphasizes to take ＂three kinds ability ＂ as basis on the process of establishing teaching system. Combining with the new trend of urban planning, after arranging teaching planning by reasonableness, setting the course content scientifically , this paper explores a series of teaching methods and guarantee measure.
