摘　　要：兼职教师是高职院校师资队伍中的一个重要组成部分。但在聘任、教学和管理中存在较多问题,致使这支队伍的作用得不到有效发挥。文章就各类问题进行了分析探讨,并提出了解决设想。The part-time teaching staff is an important composition in higher vocational colleges. But many problems affect the employment, teaching work and management of part-time teachers, so that the ftmction of the contingent can not be brought into full play. In this paper, the writer discusses these problems and gives some countermeasures.
