摘　　要：加强辅导员队伍建设是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的重要组织保证和长效机制,对全面贯彻党的教育方针,把大学生思想政治教育的各项任务落到实处,具有十分重要的意义。高校辅导员队伍建设的机制主要包括:加强组织领导、规范选拔任用、加强培养培训、强化动力激励和完善考核评价。Strengthening the construction of instructor contingent is the important organizational guaratee and a long-term mechanism to the reinforcement and improvement of college students＇ ideological and political education. It is of great significance to fully implement the Party＇ s education policy and practically carry out the various tasks of college students＇ ideological and political education. The construction mechanism of the college instructors mainly includes the following： to enhance organization and leadership, to standardize selection and appointment to a position, to strengthen training and incentives, and to improve the check-up and evaluation system.
