论教师隐性知识管理的障碍因素与对策

摘　　要：知识经济时代，知识已经成为最具关键性的资源。教师隐性知识更能反映教师的专业能力和实践水平，只有推动隐性知识的获得、交流、共享和转化，才能真正发挥知识的价值，实现教师的专业成长。通过对影响教师隐性知识管理的障碍因素进行系统分析，提出一些支持策略。In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the most crucial resource. Teacher＇ s tacit knowledge can better reflect the professional competence and the practice level of teachers. Therefore in order to play the value of knowledge and realize the professional growth for teachers, we should promote the access of obtaining, communicating, sharing and transforming of tacit knowledge. System analyze the barrier factors of tacit knowledge management, then propose some strategies to support it.
