摘　　要：生物化学是医学院校重要的基础课,其信息广、概念多、难度大,是医学生学习较困难的一门课程。根据多年的教学经验,要搞好生物化学教学,必须从教学理念、教学内容、教学环节如教材选择、教师队伍建设、教学组织等进行改革,同时采用多种教学方法,如启发式教学、理论教学与临床教学相结合、理论教学与实践教学相结合、对比教学和课后辅导等。Biochemistry is an important basic course which contains abundance information and many concepts, and also is a difficult course to learn in medical colleges. Based on my teaching experience, such aspects as teaching ideas, teaching contents, the deciding of teaching materials, the construction of teachers team and teaching organizations should be reformed. Teaching methods such as the combination of theoretic and clinical teaching, the integration of theoretical and experimental teaching and after-school counseling should be combined to do a better teaching of biochemistry.
