摘 要:以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,氯乙酸为羧甲基化试剂,合成交联羧甲基红薯淀粉并且研究其降低水中的Ca2+含量的效果。结果显示,交联羧甲基红薯淀粉吸附Ca2+的适宜条件为,淀粉取代度0.721、2%淀粉用量、pH8、吸附时间30min、吸附温度70℃下,交联羧甲基红薯淀粉对水中Ca2+的吸附量可达4.53mmol/L,Ca2+清除率为75.33%。交联羧甲基红薯淀粉吸附Ca2+的行为遵从Langmuir等温吸附方程。Removal of calcium from water was carded out using cross-linked carboxymethyl sweet potato starch. The effects of parameters such as starch substitution degree, starch dosage, pH, temperature and reaction time on removal rate of Ca^2+ were studied. Epichlorohydrin used as a crosslinker, chloroacetie acid for carboxymethylation reagents, produced the cross-linked carboxymethyl sweet potato starch and used it to removal of calcium ions. The results showed the suitable adsorption condition of cross-linked carboxymethyl sweet potato starch for Ca^2+ were 0.721 starch substitution degree, 2% starch dosage, pH 8, 30min, 70℃. Under the suitable condition, the cross-linked carboxymethyl sweet potato starch adsorption capacity for Ca^2+ could reached 4.53mmol/L, the removal rate of Ca^2+ reached 75.33%. The adsorption followed Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation.
