摘　　要：在2007年口腔修复生产实习教学中引入PBL教学法,结合实习学生临床思维欠缺的特点,在实习中后期针对临床常见问题设计病例问题。以上届传统教学测验成绩为对照组,分析PBL教学效果。证明PBL教学法对提高学生自主学习能力、培养良好的临床思维习惯有促进作用,并为进一步临床教学改革提供实践基础。We want to evaluate the result that students accommodate themselves to the PBL in the practice of complete denture. When the learning was completed,a questionnaire and an exam was fulfilled by each student. The questionnaire also included the participants＇ attitudes toward the challenges through PBL and the suggestions for the education reform from traditional to PBL method. The results reveal that PBL model was advanced and scientific.
