摘　　要：System scientific method of comparative literature and literary methods are important tools for research, and has achieved great results. At the same time, there are also between the two great. However, the introduction of the system of science in the field of literature the time did not find this in-depth, more often, literary vision of the researchers brought in a gesture to the use of the traditional ＂three＂ for the general on the system from deep point of view, reflecting the natural sciences and humanities disciplines distinction, when compared with literature has developed to a certain extent, then look at the system theory and literature, as well as cross-discipline of comparative literature. The correlation between the internal, inter-for integration, the development of comparative literature has a certain degree of reflection.系统科学的方法和比较文学的方法都是文学研究的重要工具，并且已经取得了巨大的成果。同时，二者之间又有很大的联系。但是，系统科学在引入到文学研究领域的时候并没有深入地发掘这种联系，更多的时候，文学研究者的眼光是以一种“拿来”的姿态来运用传统的以“三论”为概括的系统论的。从深层次来看，这也体现了人文科学与自然科学的学科分野问题，当比较文学发展到一定程度的时候。再来审视一下系统论和文学研究以及作为跨学科的比较文学之间的内在关联，对于科际的整合、比较文学的发展都有一定的反思意义。
