摘　　要：以实例讨论了自助法的原理和方法，表明用该法在指导生产和科学试验方面可以节省时间和降低费用，是一个有推广价值的好方法。In the paper are discussed the principle and the application of the Bootstrap method with examples. Studies show that the Bootstrap method is capable of saving time and cutting down expenses in gulding production and scientific experiments.So this method is worth popularization.
