摘　　要：蜜蜂白垩病是由蜜蜂球囊菌(Ascosphaera apis)感染西方蜜蜂(Apis mellifera)幼虫引起的一种真菌性传染病。防治白垩病微生物筛选,是从土壤、腐烂果蔬、发酵蜂蜜、小曲和固体酵母中分离出28株酵母菌,用平板抑菌圈法筛选到5株酵母菌对蜂球囊菌有抑制作用。Chalkbrood disease of honeybee is a fungal disease that caused by Ascosphaera apis infecting the larvae of Apis meUifera. In this paper, screening of Yeast that can prevention and cure Chalkbrood diease, 28 Yeasts were isolated from soil, rotten vegetable and fruit, fermented honey, xiaoqu and solidified yeast. Yeast were isolated through inhibition zone plate method and 5 Yeasts were inhibitory to Ascosphaera apis.
