摘  要:利用粒子群算法(PSO)与神经网络(ANN)嵌套的技术(PSO-ANN)模拟矿山这个高度复杂和高度非线性的系统,来优化截止品位及入选品位。其基本思路为:用截止品位与入选品位一起组成进化计算的个体,用自适应神经网络建立收益(适应度函数)与粒子个体的局部联系,然后利用粒子群算法的全局搜索功能找出使适应度函数(收益)最大时的品位组合(截止品位及入选品位)。这一嵌套的内层是神经网络,用以计算损失率、金属回收率和成本,外层是进化计算,计算收益值。内层执行局部逼近,外层进行全局搜索,共同实现截止品位与入选品位的优化计算。以大冶铁矿为案例,研究结果表明:现在大冶铁矿截止品位18%,入选品位41-42%的生产方案有待改进,当截止品位为17.8337-17.8367%,入选品位取值为46.4%,2007年1月-2007年11月的精矿量增加139200吨,总净现值增加6.698百万元。We use particle swarm optimization (PSO) and neural networks (NN) nesting technique to simulate the high complex and high non-linear relation of variables in mine system, so as to optimize the cut-off grade and grade of crude ore. The idea is detailed as follows : put cut-off grade and grade of crude ore together as particles for evolution computation; make self-generation neural network get the local connection between the income value (fitness function) and chromosome; utilize PSO globally to search the optimal cut-off grade and grade of crude ore so as to make the fitness function get the most value. The inner of nesting is neural networks, which is used to compute loss rate, amount of tailing ore and total cost ; the outer is evolutionary computation (PSO) , used to get the income value. Namely, the inner carries out local approximation, and the outer implements global search. Both realize the optimization of cut-off grade and grade of crude ore. Take Daye Iron Mine as a example, and the result shows that : During the period of January to November in the year 2007, the optimal cut-off grade is 17. 8337-17. 8367% , and optimal grade of crude ore is 46.4%. The optimized scheme can increase the amount of concentrate by 139200 ton, and improve the net present value by 6. 698 million yuan.
