摘  要:推行高中英语课程标准,意义深远。调研发现,天津市部分参与课改的教师对新课程理念的贯彻存在偏差,教学过程存在问题:知识教学,循规蹈矩;技能训练,厚此薄彼;策略引导,略显不足。纠其原因有教师和学生的因素,也有外语教学及评价多年积聚的问题。课程改革是系统工程,教师要冷静思考,切实转变教学观念;教育行政部门及学校要适时改革现有考试及评价方式。只有每个部分都发挥了作用,新课程改革才能走向深入并取得成效。It is of great significance to implement the new curriculum standard of English. A survey conducted by the author shows that some teachers in Tianjin still have trouble understanding the concept of the new curriculum standard and some problems exist in teaching process, teachers follow rules in teaching, give special treatment to one side while neglecting the other in training, and lack strategies in guiding. The causes for the above problems are a complex blend of teaching and learning and assessment misconceptions. For the curriculum reform is a systematic process, teachers should be encouraged to change their conception of teaching; meanwhile, the educational administrative bodies should try to reform system has fulfilled its function could the the present testing and assessment system. Only after every sector in the curriculum reform go deeper and finally come to fruition.
