摘 要:建立了固相微萃取与气相色谱联用技术测定环境水样中酚类化合物的方法。探讨了pH、离子强度、萃取头类型、萃取时间以及解析时间等条件对酚类化合物萃取量的影响,优化了GC仪器条件。在优化的条件下,酚类化合物的响应值与浓度有良好的线性关系,线性范围为0.20-200μg/L,检出限在0.019-0.10μg/L之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为4.4%-11%,水样平均加标回收率为92.2%-101.9%,所建立的方法可测定环境水样中的酚类化合物。A method for the determination of phenols in environmental water by solid phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography was developed. The conditions of SPME influencing extraction quantities of phenols such as pH, ionic strength of solutions, extraction time and desorption time were studied. The extraction effects between two fiber coatings, polyacrylate(PA) and polydimethyliloxane(PDMS) on phenols were compared. The conditions of GC were also investigated. There was a good linear relationship between the concentrations and peak area values of phenols in the range of 0.20-200μg/L. The detection limits of phenols were 0.019-0.10μg/L. Relative standard deviations (n = 5) were found to be 4.4%-11%. The average recoveries of phenolic standards added in environmental water were 92.2% -101.9%. The method can be applied to detect the phenols in environmental water.
