摘　　要：阐述了计算机网络技术专业"工学结合"人才培养模式的改革措施,提出了以就业为导向,以"工学结合"为切入点,以相关的职业资格标准为基准的课程体系建设与改革方案,介绍了以职业资格等级模块为主线设置课程模块,进行模块化教学以及学生进行顶岗实习等方面所进行的探索和研究的成果。This paper expounds the reform measures for carrying out education and employment for network engineering specialty, and puts reform of the course system of taking the employment as the guidance, the talent cultivating mode of the combination of forward the scheme of the construction and the taking the combination of education and employment as the entry point and taking the professional qualification as the standard, introduces some achievement of the explorationa and researches on the course design modular taking the professional qualification level as the mainline, carrying out the modular teaching, and making the vocational job training, etc.
