摘 要:研究针对黄原胶好氧发酵过程中存在的供氧不足从而导致产率偏低的问题,考察了添加氧载体(正己烷)对黄原胶发酵的影响。实验结果表明,正己烷不能作为碳源被黄单胞菌利用,是一种有效的氧载体;最佳加入条件是发酵12h时加入1%正己烷,可显著提高黄原胶产率至3.13%,相比对照组提高了95.6%;添加正己烷不影响黄原胶的品质,黄原胶中丙酮酸的含量保持稳定。Effect of n-hexane on Xanthomonas campestris and xanthan gum production process was studied by increasing the oxygen transfer rate from gas phase to the microorganisims. The result showed that n-hexane was a useful oxygen vector which could not be used as C source. 1% (v/v) and 12 h was the optimal concentration and time respectively. The yield of Xanthan gum was 3.13% which was improved by 95.6%. The pyruvate mass fraction in xanthan gum changed from 3.33%(w/w) to 3.18% which means that the quility of xanthan gum was not influenced by n-hexane.
