摘 要:目的探讨双向互动激励机制在护理管理中的作用。方法以我院急诊注射室13名护士为研究对象,采用自行设计量化考核评价表,分为实施前,实施后二个时间段,在护理工作管理和护理绩效管理二方面进行量化考核综合评价,比较实施双向激励机制管理模式前后护理管理效果。结果实施双向互动激励机制后,护理工作管理方面明显优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理绩效管理方面:护理服务意见、表扬、护理缺陷、违反劳动纪律四方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医疗安全不良事件发生例数实施前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运用有效的激励机制,调动护理人员的主动性和积极性;引入公平良性竞争,是提高护理绩效管理的保证;不断挖掘激励机制的潜能,可推动护理管理事业不断发展。Objective To investigate the effect of two- way interactive encouraging mechanism in nursing care management. Methods Through evaluating 13 nurses who working in the Emergency Department by a self- designed assessment scale before and after the two - way interactive encouraging mechanism was applied respectively, the effect of nursing care management reflected by the assessment scale was compared . Results The management of nursing care was effective and 4 items (utterance to nursing service, praise, limitation of nursing care and sabotaged labour discipline )of nursing performance management were significantly better after the encouraging mechanism was carried on(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Applying effective encouraging mechanism can activate the working passion of nurses. A fare and healthy competition mechanism ensures the improvement of nursing performance management.
