摘　　要：从电子图书、期刊论文、学位论文、专利、标准等食品科技人员所需主要资源类型角度出发,介绍了Internet上不同类型食品科学信息的中外文检索,针对需求量最大的外文期刊论文重点介绍了检索途径和获取全文的方法。Starting from the aspects of main resource types that food science and technology staff need such as e-book,periodical thesis,dissertation,patent and standard,search approaches of different types of resources food science information on Internet in Chinese and foreign language were introduced.Aiming at foreign periodical thesis with the most demand quantity,the search approaches and acquisition methods of full text were emphatically introduced.
