摘　　要：利用Pontryagin最大值原理，研究了可再生资源的最优收获同生产资本的最佳利用结合起来的动态优化问题，在投资不可逆的情况下，分析了5种可能的轨线，求出了达到长期最优均衡时的最优种群规模、最优收获策略以及最优投资策略．By applying the principle of Pontryagin maximum value, the problem of a dynamic optimal control is studied which combines the optimal harvesting of predator-prey double species with the optimal utilization of productive capital. Under the reversible investment, five possible path curves are analyzed and the optimal species level, the optimal harvesting policy and the optimal investment strategies in the long term exploitation on species resource are obtained.
