摘　　要：知识转化是知识管理的核心内容，在很大程度上决定着知识管理的成败，是近年来知识理论关注的热点领域。知识转化的实施直接促进了企业核心能力的形成，因而是一项极为重要的知识管理战略。通过对知识转化的背景、条件、框架、环境、以及与核心能力相关性的论述，可以深刻地揭示了知识转化的特征，从而为我国企业大力实施知识转化战略创造了有利的条件。Knowledge transformation is the core content of knowledge management, and may determine the performante of knowledge management, so is a research focus of knowledge theory. The implementation of knowledge transformation may contribute direedy to the formation of core competenee, so is an extremely important knowledge management strategy. It may disclose profoundly the feature of knowledge transformation to review the background, framework, environment, as well as the relevance with core competence, which may provide favorable conditions for our enterprises to implement the knowledge transformation strategy vigorously.
