摘　　要：本文通过对企业调研,分析了目前与企业建立校外实训基地中存在的一些实际问题,对这些问题提出了一些建议与措施,以期更好地实现高等职业教育培养目标。This paper analyses some practical problems of extramural training bases which are established by schools and enterprises through surveying enterprises. In order to realize the training target of vocational education, the paper gives some methods and advice to solve these problems at the same time.
