摘　　要：通过介绍我国中外合作办学发展的现状、优势,同时指出了办学过程中存在的一些问题,并就这些问题提出了增强依法办学和维护教育主权的意识、提高生源素质、引进优质教育资源、外籍教师的管理等对策,旨在对提高办学质量有所裨益。While analyzing the current situation and advantages of Chinese - foreign cooperation in running schools, this thesis points out the flaws existing now and puts forward the solutions such as exercising administration according to law and promoting the students quality, high - quality foreign educational resources being introduced, and managing foreign teachers.
