试论中等职业教育在高中教育普及化进程中的作用——国际比较视阈中的考察

摘　　要：近代以来,欧美国家和日本在产业革命和社会民主化的要求下,积极推进高中教育的大众化和普及化,重视中等职业教育的发展和制度化建设。从国际视野考察发现,在中等教育由精英型向大众型过渡的进程中,中等职业教育起到了不可缺少的作用;高中教育在实现大众化和普及化的过程中,中等职业教育起到了中流砥柱作用。今后,中国为实现完全工业化和进一步推进和谐社会建设,高中阶段教育要以实现普及化为目标,大力发展中等职业教育,加快综合高中建设。In order to satisfy the request of industrial revolution and social democratization since the modern times, both the European and American countries and Japan have advanced the massification and universalization of high school education greatly, and paid much more attention to the development and institutional construction of secondary vocational education. An international and comparative review has shown that secondary vocational education plays an indispensable role during the transitional process of secondary education from elite period to mass period. Meanwhile, secondary vocational education also plays a main role in helping high school education realize massification and universalization. From now on, in order to realize the complete industrialization and promote the further harmonious social development in China, high school education should take universalization as its goal, and secondary vocational education should be developed vigorously, and the construction of comprehensive high schools should be sped up.
