摘  要:目的探讨人脑星形胶质细胞瘤中PTEN表达与微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)之间的关系及意义。方法60例人脑星形胶质瘤标本和8例正常脑组织采用免疫组织化学ABC方法检测PTEN表达和MVD。结果在正常脑组织及各级别的星形细胞瘤中均有CD34表达,表达强度不等。高级别胶质的MVD与低级别胶质瘤MVD之间、低级别胶质瘤与正常脑组织之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论PTEN蛋白存在于人脑胶质瘤细胞中,PTEN的表达与MVD的测定可作为判断脑星形细胞瘤恶性潜能的重要生物学指标,对判断人脑胶质瘤的临床病理分级具有重要价值。Objective To investigate the relationship between PTEN and microvessel density(MVD), and to explore its significance in human astrocytomas. Methods The expression of PTEN and microvessel density were measured in 60 astrocytomas samples and 8 normal brain tissue samples by immunohistochemical ABC method. Results CD34 mono-clonal antibody was expressed in normal brain tissues and different grade astrocytomas, and significant difference was found between low grade and high grade astrocytomas( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion PTEN protein exists in human astrocytomas. PIEN and MVD are important biological markers, which can judge malignant potency, and which are important for clinical pathological classification of glioma.
